Englewood Students Recognized in Web Design Contest

Six students took part in the NJIT competition

The following item was submitted by the Englewood public school district: 

On March 20th, Dwight Morrow High School and Academies @ Englewood teachers Anthony Dinallo and Mitchell Ravitz took a team of students to the NJ Web Design Competition at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark. Six students were awarded a Certificate of Recognition for their efforts in the competition.

The students competed with other high school students from all over New Jersey.  The goal of the competition was to redesign and create a website discussing the various types of mobile technologies that currently on the market.

“It was a wonderful opportunity for the  students to showcase the skills they have been learning in technology classes here at Dwight Morrow/Academies@Englewood,” stated Mr. Dinallo, program manager of the school’s Information Systems Academy.
